1. Application range of pipe clamps

3. Installation procedures for heavy pipe clamp
Before the heavy pipe clamp is assembled with the welded plate, it is better to determine the direction of the clamp. It is recommended to mark the fixed place first, and then weld it. Insert the lower part of the pipe clamp body. Put the pipe to be fixed. Put on the other half of the pipe clamp body and cover plate, and tighten them with screws. Never directly weld the bottom plate with the pipe clamp installed.
The heavy pipe clamp is installed on the ground guide rail, which can be welded to the foundation or fixed with screws. Then push the rail nut into the rail and turn it 90 degrees. Insert the lower half of the pipe clamp body into the nut, and place the pipe to be fixed. Then put the upper half of the pipe clamp body and cover plate, and fix it with screws.
Heavy pipe clamp stacking assembly: the guide rail can be welded on the foundation or fixed with screws. First install the upper and lower half of the pipe clamp body, put the pipe to be fixed, and then put the upper half of the pipe clamp body, and fix it with screws. The anti-loosening cover prevents it from rotating. Then install other pipe clamps in the same way as above.
