Influencing factors during installation of Mini Hose Clamp:
1. Mini Hose Clamp shall not have defects such as pores, blisters, shrinkage and cracks.
2. The size of the end pipe diameter should be selected with a positive deviation, otherwise the pressure of the Mini Hose Clamp on the sealing ring is not enough, which will affect the sealing effect of the joint.
3. The material and performance of the sealing ring must meet the requirements. There must be no bubbles, impurities, cracks, unevenness of unevenness on the sealing surface, and aging rubber rings cannot be used.
4. Spatter impurities during welding of the end tube and the snap ring affect the end tube sealing. The welding slag on the sealing surface should be cleaned before installation to ensure the sealing effect.
5. The moving distance of the clasp in the Mini Hose Clamp is theoretically half of the expansion and contraction of the joint. The actual measurement must be measured. If it cannot be reached, the expansion and contraction requirements of the pipeline cannot be met. In order to promote the sealing effect, the left and right end pipes are matched with Mini Hose Clamp before leaving the factory. It is not advisable to directly replace the end pipes with ordinary pipes in actual engineering, and the perpendicularity of the end surface of the end pipe to the axis and the flatness of the end surface itself are required, and the size is not standard. Therefore, the expansion and contraction of the joint is greatly reduced, which cannot meet the requirements of use.
